Mikang Longjan started her career as a legal practitioner before venturing into the development sector. With over 18 years experience in various areas and level, Mikang manages the Equality, Justice and Human Rights program of the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) in the Nigerian Office. She was the sub theme lead on the Access to Justice portfolio on Minority Rights for the West Africa sub-region in OSIWA and has also served briefly as the Acting Head of the OSIWA Nigeria Office in 2021.
